Time Travel
Hitler and others travelled to the 24th Century and brought back technologies through the 'Time-Space Rift' that Montauk and other programs created. They also made deals with neg ETs to attain other time-travel means. However, they could not get beyond the 24th and the 'doors/windows' have been closed and the time-space rift healed.
