Thirteen Families
The 'City of London' is Rothschild's HQ for their world wide financial operations. Since they and the rest of the 13 families are leaving, and are indeed bankrupt or very close to that, their fall and NESARA's Announcement will be very closely related. It is happening as we speak. The roof and the walls of that financial empire are crumbling and will shortly collapse. It could happen as early as the week starting today. Even Ben Fulford hints at that. (Feb. 9, 2009.)
