The real answer is the Cabal is looking for a planet to escape to that will have the right O2/Nitrogen/Xenon gas mixture, a planet that they can find quickly.
This is not Obama's idea. He already knows full well what is up.
The Cabal is locked into their own program and, even though it will fail, they can not let go of it. They are in the top levels (3D) of all the world agencies and control these decisions...at this time.
Until they are gone you will continue to see these kinds of projects still coming forward.
If you wanted to be humorous, you could say that the Bush Family is still looking for another 3D planet to dominate. They might just discover Herculobas =Jurassic Park III.
I could give them the coordinates and they could get there early to reserve some good ocean-front properties before the rest of the Illuminati get there...although, quite a few are already there. (March 9, 2009.)
